She was PAYING A TRIBUTE TO MADONNA
again

but
this performance looks very similar
to 
Madonna's 
iconing 
EXPRESS YOURSELF
the music has a similar beat
the  baggie man suit look
the use of the chairs
the backup female singer.
REGARDLESS
